Clubs: Bloodlust
black and death metal
Bloodlust is the only Black and Death Metal club in Edinburgh. The night features DJs playing those as well as related genres (thrash, speed, grindcore, etc.), and performances by local metal bands. Bloodlust was created to fill in a gap in the local scene, and since starting it has attracted a regular crowd of metalheads from Edinburgh and beyond.
Recent gigs include Altar of Plagues, Winterfylleth, Daemonolith, Cnocantursa and Valpurga.
